  1. Thank you so much! We have Cesario Evora, the Buena Vista Social Club and the Gypsy Kings here too. I feel a spending spree coming on!

  2. I haven't commented here before, but I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed these two posts about music! We could use some more music in our lives, and there are so many great suggestions here.

  3. I don't have any CD's to recommend :-/ but I think maybe harp music might be nice for children too? (Hope I didn't miss it already on your list!)

  4. We love music. I keep YouTube lists of different kinds of music from classical, instrumental, dance, gospel, praise/worship, seasonal... I try to keep it fresh for us and that's the tricky part. It's easy to get in a rut and listen to the same lists. Spotify and Pandora.com have recently come in very handy. The Sound of Music is a favorite album of Eva's recently but it can become too much of a good thing for us adults in the house, even though we all love it. Pandora.com is great in that we can create a Sound of Music playlist and it will play a SOM song interspersed among similar songs. The list that their computer generates is constantly keeping up with my input of what songs I give a thumbs up to (like Anne the musical) and the ones I give thumbs down to (Most any Disney movie :).
